BEYOND MEASURE

"OUR DEEPEST IS NOT THAT WE ARE INADEQUATE.

OUR DEEPEST FEAR IS THAT WE ARE POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE. IT IS OUR LIGHT, NOT OUR DARKNESS, THAT MOST FRIGHTENS US.

WE ASK OURSELVES: WHO AM I TO BE BRILLIANT, GORGEOUS, TALENTED, FABULOUS? ACTUALLY, WHO ARE YOU NOT TO BE?
YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD. YOUR PLAYING SMALL DOES NOT SERVE THE WORLD.

THERE IS NOTHING ENLIGHTENED ABOUT SHRINKING SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE WON'T FEEL INSECURE AROUND YOU. WE ARE ALL MEANT TO SHINE, AS CHILDREN DO.

WE WERE BORN TO MAKE MANIFEST THE GLORY OF GOD IN US. IT'S NOT JUST SOME OF US. IT'S IN EVERYONE.
AND AS WE LET OUR LIGHT SHINE, WE UNCONSCIOUSLY GIVE OTHER PEOPLE PERMISSION TO DO THE SAME. AS WE ARE LIBERATED FROM OUR OWN FEAR, OUR PRESENCE AUTOMATICALLY LIBERATES OTHERS"

accepting my limits

I have not been writing for a while. I hit complete exhaustion and am now back on track. From this week on I won't have to work 2 to 3 jobs. They found a new copy lady and I am relieved. I am so tired all day and go to bed really early. I try to get along with myself and accept my physical limits but it is not easy. I cancel a lot ot social life these days realizing how tiring that is for me.
I am glad for what I have though... in 10 days my parents are flying in and I think that this is such a miracle in itself. My emotional world is kind of topsy turvey right now.
I am working on my water color passion more and more. I am so alive when I can paint and so alive when it turns out well :)
I think I will have some good creative time until Christmas (cards etc.)
I want to be able to know myself better, to accept what I see in me so I can be the one God created me to be in a successfull way :)
